This site is dedicated to Uncle Bill, one of life's great observers.
His humour and stories of his life working in the local SWEB (South Wales Electricity Board) depot in Pontardulais probably warped the early years of my cousins and I, and probably goes a long way to explain our current mental state.
Somewhere up in heaven, I know he's looking down at me and probably saying.
